I highly recommend Gopher Roofing and Restoration, Inc. Following a recent hail storm, I was inundated with calls, texts, and in-person visits from a multitude of roofing contractors, many of which were headquartered out of state and used aggressive, hard-sell tactics. The letter I received from Gopher Roofing, a small, locally-owned company, stood out to me. After I discovered that Gopher had received very favorable reviews from other customers in the past complimenting the quality of its roofing work as well as the honesty and reliability of its employees, I called for an initial appointment. Jason promptly responded and came to assess the damage. He did a thorough inspection, explained his findings and answered all of my questions. He was very respectful and did not pressure me to make a quick decision.

I ultimately decided to use Gopher Roofing to re-roof my house and shed and am very pleased that I did.. After I submitted a claim to my insurance company, Jason updated me on changes to the insurance coverage allowance that he felt were necessary, brought those suggestions to the claims adjuster, and successfully obtained the requested adjustment. The scheduling and completion of my roof project went very smoothly. A trailer for the tear-off materials was only on my driveway for one night and placed so I had use of my garage. Supplies were delivered and available for use without delay, but were not stored on my property for an excessive period of time. Jason went above and beyond to communicate with me during the process--he even sent periodic text messages with pictures as work progressed. The Gopher crew got the job done within a day and a half. They did an excellent job of cleaning up nails and other debris on the driveway and lawn, which was extremely important to my dog and me! Their attention to details was impressive.

I am very pleased with the work done by Gopher Roofing and Restoration as well as the entire process they followed in dealing with insurance company representatives and keeping me informed of the expected schedule. This is an honest, reliable, and extremely trustworthy company that clearly takes pride in its work and genuinely cares about its customers. Communications by e-mail, text and phone were excellent. Without hesitation, I’ll contact Gopher Roofing and Restoration, Inc. for any future needs!

The siding of my house was installed by Gopher Roofing & Construction over 15 years ago. Recently I needed some repair on it and when contacted, Jason found the old paperwork and procured the matching siding. He came over to check and confirm the siding matched and his crew completed the work the next day. Overall an excellent job.

Jason was prompt and provided a concise estimate for the job and explained why he priced the way he did. Within 2 days of signing the estimate he had a crew scheduled to do the install. The installation went smoothly and they did uncover some issues that they had to remedy. The gutter installation was contracted out, but the contractor he used had them installed within 2 hours and did a good job. I would recommend Gopher to anyone in the Metro looking for a solid and reliable roofer.

We hired Gopher Roofing to replace our shingles and gutters, and we highly recommend them. We live in Northeast, and it was especially great having a local contractor with local expertise and lengthy experience. Jason was great and helpful at navigating the insurance process. His team worked quickly and did good work, helpfully finishing our roof in one day to minimize disruption to our dogs. Perhaps the biggest value is Jason's knowledge and experience, which he shared frequently.

Jason was great to work with. His crew did a great job 15 years ago, so when hail damaged it beyond repair, I knew he was the right choice to replace it again. His crew showed up on schedule and we're very efficient. My wife has a lot of flowers and bushes around the house that she worries about. NOT a one was damaged. They did a fantastic job cleaning up. Once I submitted the claim Jason handled everything with the insurance company. We are completely satisfied with everything they have done for us!
